Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale items
- Intimate or hygiene-related products where applicable
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sachibelle.com with photos of the issue.
